All they need to do is register their UAP cylinder on our website. To meet the criteria they must have one of these 3 things:

·        Have one of our 3 Star Kitemarked Kineticas installed in the door

·        Have one of the UAP+ 1 Star Kitemarked Cylinders installed WITH EITHER a 2 star Kitemarked door handle OR a 2 star Kitemarked cylinder guard

OR

·        Have one of our TL Cylinders installed WITH BOTH a 2 star Kitemarked door handle AND a  2 star Kitemarked cylinder guard

If they have any of these combinations of door hardware fitted and are still broken into, then we will pay out – simple!

‘Your Keys’ for Easy Key cutting! 

PLUS! Once registered customers will also have access to the ‘Your Keys’ section of our website – allowing you to offer them an additional service. Here they can enter their key information. This includes the key number as printed on a sticker on the key; the key description, which is the location of the cylinder, i.e the front or back door, and finally an image of the key can be uploaded.

This information is saved so if the key is lost, the picture and key number can be taken to a key cutter and a new key made – saving them from having to replace their cylinder.

Cylinders will even come with a handy key ring pointing them in the direction of where they need to register the product, and on the back they will find details of our ‘Find a Locksmith App’ in the event they might need one.
