How to Register Your Products?
Registering is simple. If you are registering a UAP cylinder, on your cylinder keys will be a key ring (pictured above). This will feature either a serial number or a QR code.
If your keyring features a serial number select UAP Cylinder below, enter the serial number on the keyring and fill out your details. Please note that cylinder serial numbers will begin with ZL, KIN or TL and be followed by seven numbers and two letters (see example below).
If your keyring features a QR code you can either scan the QR code or select UAP Cylinder (QR Code) and your cylinder type below and fill out your details. Please note your cylinder type will either be Kinetica (3 Star), UAP+ (1 Star) or TradeLocks (see example below).
If you are registering another product, such as door handles or letterboxes, please click on ‘I am registering a UAP door hardware product‘ and select the product(s) you wish to register, and enter the door supplier name, the name of the installing company, the receipt reference number and also the date of purchase.
