Locking Systems Launches MILOS 100 

This month, UAP brand Locking Systems has seen the launch of the MILOS 100 cylinder range, a high-security and high-performance addition to Locking System’s portfolio.

CYLINDER FEATURES

The cylinder is made with a sacrificial cut as standard on each side, meaning that when force is applied to either end, the cylinder will break away for the sacrificial cut line only. This leaves the remaining cylinder operational and the locking mechanism intact.

Fitted in each side of the cylinder are hardened steel anti-drill pins, protecting the cylinder from break in attempts with a drill. All moving pins inside the cylinder are hardened steel of minimum 50 HRC, plated in nickel.

The cylinders are also protected with anti-pick, thanks to the minimum of three pins in either side of the cylinder. This makes it extremely difficult for a common burglar to pick.

They also use a unique and patented anti-bump system which does not use trap pins.

THE RANGE

Also featured is an unrestricted key section for ease of local key duplication, 800,000 differs, and six pins as standard. Classroom and clutch/barricade functions are available.

MILOS 100 includes a comprehensive range of offset sizes. Scandinavian, rim and threaded cylinders are also available. Cylinders are available in a range of finishes, including Satin Nickle, Brass, Polished Chrome, and Black. Colour matching is available.
