Our Team

We are working on building upon our foundation of employee wellbeing and always bringing in new ideas, resources and events that can help to revitalise and de-stress our staff.
A big step that we have taken in recent years to give back to our staff is becoming a co-operative, with every single UAP employee now owning a share of the business and benefitting from its future success.

UAP was founded on ingenuity; we started with just a simple door knocker that was manufactured differently to make it easier to fix and more visually appealing.
