UAP Summer Festival 2024: A Memorable Celebration of Team Spirit and Fun

What an incredible UAP Summer Festival we had on Saturday, 6th July 2024! Our Euro-themed event brought together staff, family, and friends for a day filled with fun, celebration, and unity. The festival was a true testament to the amazing spirit of the UAP community. 🇬🇧⚽️

Cheering for England
One of the highlights of the festival was cheering for England as they made it to the semi-finals! 🏆⚽️

To achieve this, UAP repurposed wood from our warehouse to create tables, posts for attaching wind shields, and a roof. Our Fullex crates were used as seats to watch the game, and our benches added to the comfort. The entire UAP team came together to transform the car park and warehouse into a festive and functional space.

Team Effort and Creative Vision
Our marketing team had the vision to make this event extraordinary, and together, we all brought it to life. A huge thank you to all the staff who attended the UAP Festival! Your presence and enthusiasm made the event a fantastic success. Fun-Filled Activities
The UAP Festival was packed with a variety of activities that catered to everyone.

The event featured:
Wine Tasting: A delightful experience for the wine enthusiasts.
Pizza Truck and Chippy: Delicious food options that kept everyone satisfied.
Candy Floss Cart: A sweet treat that added to the fun.
Human Football Table: A unique and entertaining game.
Penalty Shoot Out: An exciting challenge for football fans.
Fun Stalls: Various stalls that offered entertainment and prizes.
Kids Corner: A special area designed for the little ones to enjoy.

Creating a Special Space
Despite the typical English weather, we managed to board up our warehouse and make use of this space, creating a special area to watch the football. It was here that we witnessed England’s thrilling victory, securing their place in the semi-finals on Wednesday, 10th July 2024. We hope it’s coming home!

Wellbeing and Togetherness
At UAP, we believe that the wellbeing of our staff is crucial. We thoroughly enjoyed creating a space where our staff, their families, and friends could relax, have fun, and create lasting memories. This remarkable event was the first to take place at our new home on Dumers Lane, making it even more special.

Welcoming Our Furry Friends
The UAP Festival was not just for humans; we also welcomed our furry friends with open arms! We set up a special dog buffet, ensuring our four-legged guests had a delightful experience too. From tasty treats to fresh water stations, every dog was catered to, making the festival a fun-filled day for all members of the family.
