UAP Goes Digital in 2020

Lots has changed since UAP started with a door knocker back in 1998: more people are online, brochures are downloadable and enquires can be answered with the click of a button. 2020 is set to be the year that UAP goes digital.
In our first step to going digital, we have unveiled a brand new enquiry system so you can get your questions answered and problems solved at the click of a button. Instead of ringing our sales office, customers will now be encourage to visit our Contact Us page, where they can fill out a contact form giving their details and type of enquiry, as well as opting to subscribe to our mailing list if they would like to do so.
Additionally, if your enquiry requires a phone call with our team, you can request to have a call-back on our contact form after filling in your details.
Moving forward, we are also working on an online ‘customer portal’, designed to give you greater control of your UAP account. Amongst other great features, the portal will allow you to:
- place orders and check stock availability at any time of the day or night, seven days a week meaning you won’t be restricted to office hours
- review your order history
- view invoices
- and much more

A frequently asked questions page will also be added to the UAP website to help you answer some questions you may have without the need to phone our staff.
These changes are all part of an effort to streamline the UAP experience to make ordering and communicating with us as easy and efficient as possible.
