Success for UAP at MLA Expo 2021

UAP would like to thank everyone who came and visited our stand at the 2021 MLA Expo. We enjoyed a successful weekend showcasing our latest innovations and providing a preview of upcoming launches.

Our stand featured the new Fullex Kinetica+ K4 Euro cylinder, Locking Systems, doors fitted with a range of our door hardware solutions and a prototype of the Ionic electronic lock from Fullex AI.

With a barista joining our team of experts on the stand to keep everyone topped up with coffee, there was a busy footfall for us all weekend. Our team was also joined by leading auto locksmith, Martin Pink, who led live Genuine Lishi training and product demonstrations.

Star of the Show

The Kinetica+ K4 with Bio keys was the star of the show, with our team talking stand visitors through the ease of installation, security and safety benefits of this game changing 3* Euro cylinder. Rigorously tested, K4 holds SS312:2019 Lock Cylinders Diamond Standard approval, is BSI Kitemarked KM 561977, meets Police Preferred Specification and is accredited by Secured by Design.

Ionic Lock

Held in Telford International Centre, the MLA Expo is the UK and Europe’s largest and most popular locksmith exhibition and is seen as the security event of the year, so it was the perfect opportunity to provide a sneak preview of a new range of electronic locks.

The first in a family of smart products from Fullex AI, the Ionic prototype caused a stir on our stand, providing a valuable opportunity for us to embed feedback into the ongoing product development process.

Designed by our in-house product development team, the new Fullex AI range will deliver electronic locking products for all types of door, offering specifiers electronic solutions for any commercial or domestic application.

This year’s event was sponsored by ABUS and featured a variety of exhibitors offering products, services, great show deals and locksmith training.
