Price Increase Notification

Following the past year of uncertainty, and the many pressures that we faced we have reached the position where we must review our pricing structure.

Many businesses reacted during the last 12 months and implemented increases at different points of the year trying to pre-empt the various outcomes of the political process. At UAP we strove to absorb the impact of the many changes that were occurring to enable both us and our customer base respectively as much stability as possible during this time.

Entering 2020 though we must now revisit our pricing and implement what we believe to be a fair and reasonable increase that both reflects the market pressures and allows you and us respectively to remain competitive. This also ensures continuity of supply and continuous development of our extensive product offer. We will therefore be implementing a price increase of 4.9% effective on all orders delivered after April 1, 2020. This applies to all UAP customers including Fullex, Intelligent Hardware, TradeLocks, CitySafe and Genuine Lishi.

We do not take this decision lightly but trust that you will understand our position and that it is reflected across many areas of commerce and industry. As always, we are here to aid and support you and will work closely with you and your teams to help drive as much new business as possible.
