PRESTIGIOUS PROJECTS IN LONDON
OVERVIEW
Through one of their established customers, Birmingham-based Elite Architectural Ironmongery Limited, Locking Systems was asked to provide a masterkeying solution to a large framework of prestigious projects situated in England’s capital city, London.
THE SOLUTION
Working closely with Elite, Locking Systems has started a phased delivery of supplying over 20,000 patent protected master key cylinders, ranging from standard 60mm sizes and 160mm offset sizes.
Locking Systems provided a master key scheduling service free of charge. Using floor plans and a door schedule provided by Elite’s client, Locking Systems identified lockable doors, proposed a master key suite and a locking chart complete with door numbers, which was used to get final approval.
This project consists of multiple buildings, each having its own master key and numerous sub master keys. All buildings come under the control of one grand master key.
HOW LOCKING SYSTEMS HELPED
For ease of installation, Locking Systems packed the cylinders in individual bags and labelled them with door numbers, thus reducing the risk of potential confusion and installation errors.
