The Coloured Doormaster letterplate retains all the established anti vandal and anti-snap features of the original Doormaster Letterplate, including outward facing brushes and a 180° flap opening.

The all new coloured door master consists of a Matte finished coloured frame, designed to colour match with the flap, creating a modern and contemporary finishing touch to any door.

Anti-Vandal Features

The unique anti vandal features are what set the Coloured Doormaster apart from anything else on the market, combining security with style!

A letterplate is a vulnerable point on the door; it provides criminals with an opportunity to peer through for signs of an empty home, ‘fish’ for keys to the property and is often an easy target for vandals to post unwanted items into the cavity.

Each Coloured Doormaster letterplate incorporates innovative anti-vandal features in the form of outward facing brushes – a feature not found on any other standard letterplate. Not only does this feature provide a visual deterrent, as it means the internal cavity is not easily accessible, but it makes it much more difficult for vandals to post unwanted items through the letterplate.

There is a noticeable problem of fireworks being posted through letterplates, which is why we have made it our mission to constantly develop our letterplate range to defend against such threats and ensure homes are as secure as possible.

These distinctive features not only defend against unwanted items being pushed through the letterplate, but also act to prevent draughts at the point of entry and help direct letters through the cavity.

180 degree flap

The letterplate cleverly incorporates a 180 degree flap – another feature that sets the UAP letterplate range apart. Unlike most letterplates in the industry which typically open to 90 degrees, the 180 degree flap, engineered with ultra-flexible springs, means the Coloured Doormaster can withstand thousands of openings without snapping or losing efficiency.

This added security measure also minimises the chance of the flap breaking caused by the flap being pushed open too far.

Each Doormaster letterplate has a central sleeve, meaning that it can fit in waste (mid) rails. The cavity dimensions also mean that you do not need to change CNC machines routing dimensions in order to change this stylish letterbox.

All letterplates conform to BS EN 13724 testing standards.
