We are pleased to announce that they have taken on the UAP Lockable Window Restrictor.

How does it work?

Our window restrictors, whether fixed or lockable, have been designed with child safety and high security in mind. The window restrictor can be used on all types of windows and doors including uPVC, composite, aluminium, wooden and metal profiles.

The Lockable Window Restrictor from UAP is designed with safety in mind! Once installed, the window opening is restricted to less than 100mm. Not only is the gap too small for a child to fall though the gap, but it is also too small for anyone to get in through the window – improving the overall security of a building. The cable itself is made from hardened steel, making it extremely difficult to cut. This makes it ideal for places like hospitals, schools, nurseries and more, where there is a need to restrict the window opening fully.


Whatsmore, as if the UAP window restrictor wasn’t safe enough – it is also Biomaster protected. The Biomaster Antibacterial Technology is an integral part of the product, providing effective antibacterial protection and reducing the threat of cross-contamination from harmful bacteria.


The window restrictor is available in 6 finishes and colours – White, brown, gold, chrome and black, allowing a colour match to a variety of window hardware.
