Here at UAP Ltd, we know that giving you a great service means listening to what you need from us. That’s why we’d love you to complete a short customer feedback survey to let us know what we’re getting right and where we could improve.
Your feedback can help us focus on implementing positive changes to the way we work with you. For example, in a previous survey, some of the respondents highlighted that our delivery times were too long so we’ve invested in our fleet and increased our stock levels to ensure improved order fulfilment reliability.
Respondents to last year’s survey also highlighted picking errors and issues with tying up delivery paperwork, so we have strengthened our administration team to speed up the order process, installed a new phone system to make it easier to get in touch with us and developed a new online ordering system. We’ve made improvements to our warehouse facilities too – you can find out all about them by clicking here.
We’d love to continue making meaningful, customer-focused improvements to our business, based on your feedback and we’ll even send you a wine voucher as a thank you for getting involved.
