Bennett Construction offer the UAP fixed window restrictor

Founded in 1917, Bennett Construction is an established construction services  company. With offices in London, Dublin and Germany, Bennett Construction have completed projects within the residential, restoration, hospitality, commercial, industrial, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

We are pleased to announce that they have taken on the lockable UAP Window Restrictor.

How does it work?

Our window restrictors, whether fixed or lockable, have been designed with child safety and high security in mind. The window restrictor can be used on all types of windows and doors including uPVC, composite, aluminium, wooden and metal profiles.

The 20cm long cable restricts the opening of the window or door to just 10 cm, not only preventing children from falling though the gap from the inside but providing a high security feature on the outside.  The cable itself is made from hardened steel, making it extremely difficult to cut.

Whatsmore, as if the UAP window restrictor wasn’t safe enough – it is also Biomaster protected. The Biomaster Antibacterial Technology is an integral part of the product, providing effective antibacterial protection and reducing the threat of cross-contamination from harmful bacteria.

Within this range, UAP offer both fixed and lockable window restrictors.

Our fixed end window restrictors are more durable and effective than other window restrictors on the market. They can withstand over 100kg of weight as opposed to the industry standard of 50kg of force! This makes it ideal for places like hospitals, schools, nurseries and more, where there is a need to restrict the window opening fully.

The window restrictor is available in 6 finishes and colours – White, brown, gold, chrome and black, allowing a colour match to a variety of window hardware.
